This is a rather unexpected direction for Epic, but visuals don't make a great game.

Looks like Minecraft, TF2, and Unreal all wrapped together. Can't wait for more.

Not surprising really.  They've been refining the tower defense subgenre for a while.

Anyone else think of Team Fortress when this came up?

Tower defense game would be very cool, I loved Savage Moon on PS3.  

So...zombie tower defense? Unexpected indeed.

Hmmmmm.not sure on this one.  Let's see what unfolds.

This game for some reason remindes me of prison tycoon. Maybe this will be a stategy/rpg? Hopefully this game is fun I would like to try a game where you run around building your fortress to be the best.

The team behind Gears of War doing a more lighthearted game is definitely interesting to me, as is a focus on resource gathering. I am intrigued.

looked to me to be a more modern HD Minecraft. Not that that is bad, just different.

Oh, that's fantastic. Epic is copying minecraft by getting rid of blocks and adding TF2 graphics. Superb. I'm a pc gamer, but microsoft needs help in the "originality" department.

I think that it might play like Gears 3's Horde Mode, where you fight off the enemies while buying upgrades to your defenses.

Hope it is not MS unit exclusive
