What A Final Fantasy VII Remake Could Look Like
Fans have been waiting so long for Square Enix to remake Final Fantasy VII that they decided to do it themselves.
A new fan-made Final Fantasy VII remake project has surfaced showing off the intro stage of the game in Midgar. This project uses Unreal Engine and is clearly still very early in production. The video trailer below highlights what the team has put together so far. The website for the project also has some high-resolution screesnhots.
We imagine it's only a matter of time before Square Enix orders a cease and desist. They closed that excellent Chrono Trigger remake, ya know.
