Ubisoft Announces Drawsome Tablet

Ubisoft is trying to replicate the success of THQ's uDraw tablet with its own Drawsome, a Wii-exclusive drawing tablet that lets you bring your creations into games designed for the peripheral.

Drawsome comes out on December 6, and features a 6.5" x 5" drawing surface. As you can see in the trailer below, you can draw free form on the tablet and have it appear on your TV screen. You can also bring your creations into Drawsome games and interact with them in real time. Drawsome comes with Drawsome Artist (featuring The Smurfs) and Drawsome Sketch Quest (with 40 characters and 80 levels). Your drawings can also be shared via an SD card.

As of the time of this writing, Ubisoft has not announced an official suggested retail price for Drawsome.
