Grand Theft Auto V Set In Los Santos
Rockstar Games officially announced Grand Theft Auto V yesterday, confirming the game takes place in Los Santos and the “surrounding hills, countryside and beaches.” There was no mention of the other cities making up San Andreas, San Fierro and Las Venturas.
Rockstar said Grand Theft Auto V is the largest and most ambitions game to date.
“Grand Theft Auto V is another radical reinvention of the Grand Theft Auto universe,” said Sam Houser, founder of Rockstar Games. “We are incredibly excited to share our new vision with our fans.”
The plot of the game focuses on “the pursuit of the almighty dollar in a re-imagined, present-day Southern California.” Rockstar also confirmed Grand Theft Auto V will contain multiplayer, but no other details were revealed.
