Sony Announces Winning Title For Vita's ModNation Racers
Sometimes coming up with a good name is hard – just ask Blanket Jackson or Apple Paltrow. But unlike a possibly drunken celebrity, Sony knows you can't just name a video game after the first inanimate object sitting in your line of vision. That's why the company held a contest to name the PlayStation Vita version of ModNation Racers. Today, the company announced the winning title.
So what name won the contest? ModNation Racers: Road Trip. Pretty clever, considering the term pertains to both automobiles and an activity commonly associated with handheld gaming. Or maybe Road Trip just sounds clever when compared to the list of other potential titles Sony posted along with the announcement. Here they are:

- Honey I Shrunk The ModNation Racers
- In-A-Gotta-Mod-Vita
- Steve
- ModNation Racers: Purple Monkey Dishwasher
I take it back. ModNation Racers: Steve is a much better title.
