The lights are on
To coincide with the launch of the Men in Black III movie next year, Activision announced it’s releasing a standalone game for consoles and handhelds in Spring 2012.
The game promises “action-packed, yet light-hearted gameplay” and “edge-of-your-seat shooting excitement.”
No other details were released, and it’s unclear how the game ties into the movie, if at all. Only two teaser sceenshots were released as of this announcement.
Just from the description I have a feeling that this might just be better than Skyrim. LOL
I also agree with the statement on how it would be better if Rockstar made this game. Maybe they could kinda mix and mingle some elements of LA Noire since MIB are technically intergalactic detectives, I think.
At first, I was thinking this game was at least a decade too late, but really, how bad of a game would this have been considering the technology and tropes of the FPS at that time. This could be good, but it could be sooo bad too. I'll wait and see. Is anyone still interested in this franchise?
It's gonna suck.
Meh it might be good it might not. The old games were weird and somewhat entertaining, but it is activision this time -_-
I love the first movie for some reason, and I'm really interested to see where this is going.
Hope they do it like they did with the Transformers game story wise :)
It's going to suck.
Looks possibly good, i hope it is cuz a good men in black game would be pretty sweet
I know it is still WAYYYY early, but those screenshots look VERY generic
I still have buried somewhere a very old PC game for MIB that I never played more than a couple hours of...wonder if it would run on a modern OS. As long as there's no movie tie in, this may actually be a good game. Movie tie-ins = fail.
