The lights are on
Edmund McMillen's The Binding of Isaac is only $5 on Steam, but those still unsure can try the demo for free while fans can look forward to new stuff.McMillen sent out the announcement in the middle of the night to let fans know about the demo on Newgrounds that includes two levels, eight possible bosses, and over 60 items. If you haven't checked it out, play it now, fools!
The full game will receive an update that includes a new final chapter, over 20 new items, three new bosses, a new playable character, and new achievements. The best part is it will all be ready this Halloween absolutely free."This 2nd update is more or less my dream update, something i wanted to be able to do for release but knew it would push the game back another month to get done, so in a way on the 31st Isaac will become exactly what i wanted to release but didn't have the time to finish," McMillen says.

I'm looking forward to the update, I really like the game. Still have to beat Mom's Heart though.
Great game. I have liked it very much recently, and have spent 10+ hours on it. Although the game is not a must buy for everyone. Play the demo before making your decision.
Also very excited for the update :3. Hoping there is more to come.
I love this game. I was unsure of buying it at first, but decided $5 was too little to decide over. I'm glad I got it, and I'm glad they have a demo now for other players. Everyone should give this a try.
Ya thats nice.
Disturbing... but fun... this is a very weird mix of emotions right here.
Well I was probably going to buy this game (along with Dungeons of Dredmore) but first I think I'l check out the demo and wait till the 31st.
Cool, I'm super cheap and this game isn't really my favorite genre, so I've been hesitant to buy it. I'm glad that now I can try it out first (first person to mention torrents gets punched in the face).
This is a great game for $5. I would at least get the demo to check it out. It isn't for everyone but I've found it enjoyable.
