The lights are on
We learned last month at Tokyo Game Show that Ni No Kuni, the RPG developed by Level-5 with animation by the beloved Japanese movie house Studio Ghibli, will be coming to North America. Now we know its North American title.
Edge reports that the U.S. branch of Level-5 has applied for a trademark on the title Wrath of the White Witch. Edge also notes that this name isn't terribly far off from the game's Japanese subtitle, Queen of the Holy White Ash.
With a name seemingly nailed down, I'm hoping we can get some solid information and maybe even hands-on time with the North American version soon.
So pumped for this it looks perfectly charming and old school.
"Pretty" isn't even the word for this. I can't wait to see more of this game in action.
I've heard the game was rather well done and is doing great in Japan. As an RPG, I'd love to get my hands on it soon, and it looks like that's going to be the case. Can't wait!
The animation for this game is really cool.
Sounds like a good name.
Being a huge fan of both Miyazaki (and his Studio Ghibli films) as well as RPGs, I am so looking forward to seething this come stateside.
Im really lookig forward to the game the art style is amazing
More money say bye bye!
I'm glad this is coming out later than sooner. Too much to play this winter.
COOL! It took me a few seconds to realize the screen was 3D graphics and not just an animated cut-scene.
Name is a little cheesy, but I still like it. I don't play many JRPG's, but this looks interesting.
I've loved every Ghibli Film I've ever seen, a game? Sounds Perfect Cant wait!
