NBA 2K12 Coming To iOS

Come tomorrow, you can get your NBA 2K Fix on the go.

2K Sports and Visual Concepts are dishing a special mobile version of the game for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch featuring a full season of play, the Jordan Challenge from last year's console release, and global leaderboards. Like the console version of NBA 2k12 that releases tomorrow, the game ships with last year's roster thanks to the current NBA lockout. The game has a re-imagined control scheme that lets you pass, shoot, and block with the swipe of a finger. The press release didn't specify if you control player movement, but we'll find out soon enough.

The iPhone and iPod versions will cost you $4.99, while the HD iPad version is $9.99. Look for the game in the App Store tomorrow.

  • When's the review coming for NA 2K12?...(on the fence for buying it again this year)
  • There are 2 control scheme, the one finger version doesn't allow player control, its all CPU based. You just control the passing and shooting and probably any defensive maneuvers.

  • Got it pre-ordered at Best Buy.  Can't wait till tomorrow.

  • looks horrible

  • Flush with old rosters.

  • Go MAVS!!!!!

  • Its interesting that you can take this on the go but if you can't control player movement then what is the point of this on the go game?

  • If this is good, and works well, I will eat my sock. I never wash my socks.
