The lights are on
If you were wondering what Neversoft -- once Activision's premier internal development studio in the days before Blizzard and Infinity Ward -- has been up to since Guitar Hero was put on ice, it looks like we might have some new clues.A story published on the website Gamerzines speculates that Neversoft is currently working on a first-person shooter -- based on some job listings on the official Neversoft jobs site. The most interesting was for a "Windows PC Platform Lead Engineer: FPS." If the job title didn't make it clear, the desired qualifications did, listing "a strong passion for and experience with First Person Shooters" and "Online infrastructure experience including Steam distribution and security and anti-cheat systems."Looks like there's a shooter brewing in the halls of Neversoft.

I'd like to see that. Honestly.
Call of Duty: Musical Warfare???
Well, of course Activision would pump out another shooter.
Call of Duty: Pro Skater Hero
I liked Neversoft. Glad they're back.
you its gunna be some kinda future thing i can just tell.
I hope it is good. But can another shooter compete against the bigs, even if it come from Activision? This will be one to look forward to seeing. Maybe they are working with Bungie?
this should go over well.
I'm actually quite interested in this as Neversoft used to be one of my favorite gaming companies. I hope they make it work. For some reason I see them doing a gritty dark shooter. Idk why but I just feel like thats what they're going to do.
