The lights are on
Update: The statue is now available for pre-order, and like most of First 4 Figures statues comes in two versions. The image above is the standard version, which is limited to 1,500 units and carries a sticker price of $424.99. First 4 Figures hopes to ship this statue in the second quarter of 2012. The "exclusive" edition, which features a bronze finish (and looks a bit odd, in my opinion), is limited to 50 units and is a bit more expensive at $449.99.
Original Story: The teaser image above gives a small taste of a statue Zelda fans have been demanding for years. First 4 Figures plans to show the full statue tomorrow on its website, but has dropped a few hints about what fans can expect from it. Just know this: It's huge. First 4 Figures says it is the heaviest and largest sculpt they've ever made (17 inches tall and 16 inches from front to back). This sculpt is based off of the character models from Twilight Princess.
Along with the full unveiling, pre-orders will begin tomorrow. Given the size of this statue, I'm guessing we'll be looking at $300 plus. Start smashing those pots, Zelda fans. You're going to need every rupee you can find to add this beauty to your collection.

I hate that bronze version.
AHHHHH!!! Why do they have to be so expensive. I would love to have one of these. I was on their site yesterday and there is so much cool stuff. Only problem is alot of it is sold out. Why couldn't I have learned of this place sooner.
they look great
So in all the madness I accidentally pre ordered 3 of these bad boys. There was an insane rush to pre order and it turns out it was not really necessary, i'm sure they will be gone fast but not as fast as most of us ZCE thought. The cart kept fatal erroring and somehow all three that I tried to order actually went through.
If anybody didn't get one that want's one, let me know and I will ask them to transfer the other two.
If it wasn't for the wallet-nuking price, I would get that right now
I enjoy the way this looks. If only I worked in an office, I could have this on my desk to show everyone how RADICAL I am... because I purchased something.
**BRAAAHHHH** Reiner why do you have to tell me these things? It only makes me more poor.
Idk, but I think the bronze looks stupid, Epona's hair looks black!
Four hundred twenty freakin dollars! :/
I could almost go buy a PS3 and Vita for that much money. Or like seven games. Who the *** buys this stuff.
Lovely, i want one of those but... ($_$) = (T_T)
Ilove Zelda but thats way too much money
Just have to get this out there... the title of the article says Zelda & Epona. Thats definitely not Zelda. :D
They look good but they're sooo expensive!
Awesome, but expensive
I don't like the gold one. The normal one looks ballin
