Max Payne 1 was one of the most original and fun games I've played, really hoping they do it justice with this one.

Glad they changed him back to actually looking like Max instead of the shaved head bearded version.

Hmm.. has it really been that long since the last Max payne? man the times do fly; Nostalgia playing through 1 and 2; I already know rockstar will kick az with this title so its a day one buy from me

never played the first two but this looks interesting and rockstar is amazing so i might look into this when more info comes.

Why they chose to highlight the breaking glass there is a bit of a head-scratcher... considering it (much of the entire shot, not just the glass) doesn't look very good. Well, it's a shame the delays for this project weren't to improve the graphics, but I imagine I will still enjoy it regardless... hopefully the narrative and pacing of the originals are still intact. However, the whole combat centralized around bullet-time thing got pretty old pretty quick... hopefully the gunplay will be more meaningful this time around. I imagine they'll be taking cues from RDR in that realm.

Finally!!! I've had this game reserved since they first started taking pre-orders a couple years back. In my opinion, Max Payne was one of the top 5 franchises of the previous console generation and I can't wait for its return. I'm also glad to see that they seem to have rethought Max's character design re-boot and returned to his original style.

Work on GTA V! I feel like this Max Payne thing is the perfect opportunity for Rockstar's "Cars 2". As in, chance to finally make a dud.
