We've seen plenty of cool art come from Deviant Art, but this might be the first gaming-based board game we've come across. User PinkAxolotl put this Fallout 3-inspired Monopoly board together for her boyfriend, and you can download the high-res version of the board here.

We've seen a billion licensed Monopoly boards released in recent years, but this is definitely the most impressive if you happen to be a gamer.

I love Monopoly and I LOVE Fallout. It sucks this isn't a thing yet, but maybe one day we'll have an awesome Fallout monopoly. While we're at it, how about a Grand Theft Auto and Metal Gear Monopoly?
