Ed Boon Shows Off The Real Goro's Lair
Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon posted a picture of NetherRealm's "Goro's Lair" arcade room on his Twitter account. Although the picture doesn't provide enough detail to make out the names of all of the arcade games, it would appear the company has a nice selection of classics to choose from.
The best part of this room, in my opinion anyway, is the carpet. Do carpet companies still make horrible '70s arcade carpet, or did Boon and his team strip it out of an old, shuttered arcade? The second best part is the neon Goro sign, which appears to be animated. Here's hoping I get the chance to check out this arcade collection for myself some day.
