The lights are on
Civil unrest has gripped the streets of Bellevue, Washington outside of Valve's headquarters…and by "civil unrest" we mean two dudes with cardboard signs and lawnchairs. These identified men set up camp outside of Valve's offices with cardboard signs reading "Canada 4 The Release Of Half Life 3" and "Half-Life 3…Is It Left 4 Dead?" While it wasn't the most crazy protest we've seen, what it lacked in anger it made up for in lunch. It turns out that Valve head Gabe Newell actually came out to meet the gentlemen and even brought them food.Let's hope Gabe took note of their signs, as this is one cause we definitely support.

Man, if a couple of cardboard signs was all it takes for you to get the attention of Valve, I wonder what would happen if I pulled a Michael Moore and shouted my pleas over the loudspeaker on a icecream truck.
Haha that's awesome! Good job guys!
While I think Gabe says some retarded things from time to time I think he really does care about his fans and consumers when it comes down to it.
Why do people think it will never be made just because they take a long time developing a good game?
Great, just awesome. : )
He's so sweet. 'Tis a shame people mock him.
i was like "wow look at that fat guy protesting". then i learned who it was. then i though, " wow look at that fat guy who makes good games".
y cant valve just count to three? none of their games are a third. wtf
Why didn't they mention this protest to the rest of us? I would have definately been there.
Ha! Would have gone if I had known...
Never actually played 1 or 2. (half life i mean)
Valve hasn't spoiled the fans enough.
this is funny
so if i get a sign and sit outside sega they will give me a sandwitch.
i hope he *** relizes it now
hazza fo hl3
lol thats great. Yay for Canada fighting for our games. We americans are too lazy to protest for things we want :P
I bet in about a week, that "protest" will be over 50 to 100 people strong
