Arrested Development Pair Perform For Call Of Duty Elite

by Matthew Kato on Aug 04, 2011 at 04:36 AM

Of all the things that hardcore multiplayer Call of Duty players want out of Activision's Call of Duty Elite service, filmed content featuring Arrested Development's Will Arnett and Jason Batemen has to be at the top of the list. Well, Activision has heard your pleas, and has signed up the two actors for exclusive Elite video content.

That's not to say, of course, that we don't find Arnett and Batemen hilarious. We do. Hollywood Reporter has the news that the duo will be filming undisclosed "original video programming" for the online service.

Arnett will also be at Activision's Call of Duty XP convention, and for him it's not just another PR appearance. "I consider myself a gamer," he said. “When you look at the time spent gaming, versus other entertainment outlets whether it’s watching TV or watching movies; for me, I probably spend more time gaming. I want my video games to be entertaining. You realize that video games are a real outlet that needs to be taken seriously."
