The lights are on
The Call of Duty franchise may be a blockbuster, but it hasn't had a great existence on the Wii. But that's not for a lack of trying by publisher Activision. It's is going to make another go of it, as Modern Warfare 3 will be hitting the system.
Today on a financial conference call, the company cleared up what had previously been a murky issue, but rest assured Modern Warfare 3 is hitting the Wii. No release date specifics were given, so we don't know if the game will be hitting simultaneously when the other versions come out on November 8.
While we don't quite know what the experience is going to be like, Wii fans have to be at least excited that the system is getting another core gaming experience as the console approaches its final days.
