Star Fox 64 3D Release Date Announced
Nintendo has announced a release date for its fancy new 3D remake of Star Fox 64, and fans of the series won't have to wait too long before stepping back into their Arwings.
We had already anticipated Star Fox 64 3D arriving in early September, but Nintendo has now pegged Friday, September 9 as the official release date for the game (wisely avoiding its tradition of releasing games on a Sunday, which in this case would've been September 11). In addition to the new stereoscopic 3D effects and gyroscopic controls, you can replace the game's animal co-pilots with pictures of your friends in multiplayer. That should make shooting them down even sweeter!
