The lights are on
Ever notice how the armor that female characters get in video games isn't exactly the most protective? What's the deal with that?
The CollegeHumor video below doesn't directly deal with video games, but it's a situation that I think anyone who's ever played as (or looked at) a female character in a game can understand. In it, the great warrior Lyla Windtalker is gifted the "incredibly sturdy Dragon Mail of Protection." Sadly, it doesn't look too protective....
Whats with GI posting CH videos all the time?
All that glitters, is not gold... but I know I hit the jackpot instead!
I love it.
I don't have a problem with the "chain mail bikini/speedos" as long as the person wearing it wants to. If said person is being forced to wear that type of "armor", I have a problem with it.
She makes that armor look good.
I am attracted to Lyla Windtalker.
lol, that was messed up, it is true most female characters are there for sex appeal rather than actual substance.
I think female armor should be protective yet feminine.
And why don't they put guys in chain mail speedos and see how they like it LOL.
xD that was hilarious.
how about full armor.
& like the armor she does have in the vid you can consider it
either a bra/panties/thong
That was *** priceless. Gotta love the hate!
"Ooohh, right in the shiny part!" Well done, extremely well done.
Although very true, this video had me cracking up! Unfortunately, I don't think this is going to change anytime soon. Especially since the majority of players and developers belong to the male species.
