Pretty cool. Not my kind of thing, but cool neitherless.

I can see this as an optional gimmick in HL3(just use the PSEye or Kinect and you can substitute using a cover button!). Joking aside, this is pretty cool, very clever.

If they implemented that in every FPS, I would actually be sold on the Kinect. Not only is that functional and practical, it's also a bucketful of awesome.

I'd rather see more touches like this that augment controls in hardcore games than having control schemes that are all-or-nothing in the motion control department

I seen this years ago on Modb.com.  These guys are really good at what they do, definitely different from anything I've seen outside of kinect.
