Uncharted 3 Collector's Edition & Pre-Order Bonuses Detailed
For super-fans of Nathan Drake's adventures, Sony and developer Naughty Dog are offering a $99.99 Collector's Edition of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception as well as some pre-order bonuses.
The Collector's Edition includes:
- Sideshow Collectibles Nathan Drake statue
- Replica of Drake's belt buckle
- Replica of Drake's ring/necklace
- Steelbook game case
- Traveling Chest package that houses everything
Furthermore, the pre-order bonuses have also been detailed, and they sound to be multiplayer related.
- GameStop: Creepy Crawler Kickback (a swarm of creatures attacks your enemies for a limited period)
- BestBuy: Regeneration Booster (better healing power)
- Amazon.com: Carpet Bomb Kickback (spits out three grenades at once) & Increased clip size for the Para 9 or G-MAL weapons
- Wal-Mart: Callout Mod for AK-47 (gives your AK-47 a laser sight that allows your team to see the location of your target)
- Other retailers: Uncharted 3 PSN Avatar & Uncharted 3 PS3 static theme
If this stuff gets you excited, stay tuned for the possible announcement of a Special Edition version of the game as well. The European PS3 blog has info about a European Special Edition (which is included in their Collector's Edition) that includes a PSN coupon for multiplayer goodies like an exclusive multiplayer skin, extra cash multiplier mod, and more. No details yet on a Special Edition for North America and what it may contain, but we'd be surprised if it didn't appear on these shores in some form.
