Report: New Shinobi Game, Sonic Generations Headed To 3DS
The Shinobi franchise has a lot of great gaming potential -- you play a freakin' bada*s ninja, after all -- but Sega has ignored it since 2002's PS2 reboot. That's all about to change, though, as a new report suggests that the classic action game will be revived on the 3DS alongside a port of the upcoming Sonic title, Sonic Generations.
Joystiq reports these new games as appearing on the cover of the latest issue of Nintendo Power. While the cover does not mention Shinobi as coming to 3DS specifically, the legitimate-seeming trailer below was leaked onto YouTube yesterday.
