Eagle-eyed gamers caught a glimpse of Penguin's Iceberg Lounge in Arkham City's reveal trailer, leading to speculation that the iconic character will make an appearance in the game. Thanks to some new scans that have shown up on the Internet, it appears that speculation is true.

ArkhamCity.co.uk has posted magazine scans of an upcoming preview from the Australian Sunday Herald, which contains the first glimpse of a decidedly human-looking Penguin. In the preview, Rocksteady's Dax Ginn also explains the developer's take on character. "The way that penguin has always been portrayed is as quite an aristocratic, well-spoken gentleman who's got these twisted delusions of grandeur. So we've made him a really horrible, nasty piece of work - but still with the delusion of grandeur. He dresses well, but in a poor taste, and we've made him this brutish, brutal guy, but also key into collection fascination that he's had throughout the years."

We're still awaiting official confirmation from Warner Bros. and will update the story accordingly, but the new info appears to be legit.
