Nintendo’s wily space fox makes his return this summer with Star Fox 64 3D for the Nintendo 3DS.

Yesterday, Nintendo announced its lineup for the second quarter of 2011. Star Fox was conspicuously absent. It turns out that is because the game would be coming later, but thankfully not too much later. Prepare to shoot lasers into Andross’ eye on July 14.

That's great! Now, about Starfox 2. Why not release that as a added bonus, that way it is not just a 3D port of a n64 game. Granted, this will probably make me cave in and buy a 3DS.

Wait, thats the same as the Japan release date......Ummm, Maybe I got abit over excited, Sorry Gameinformer I may have to see if its true from other websites. Mostly Nintendo games comes out on Sundays. The release date shows Thursday.

I really hope this release date isn't just for Japan, but for everywhere else. If not, then hopefully the game comes out around the same time. I'm really excited for this and OoT 3D.
