Engineer Uses Kinect To Control AR Drone
Ever since its release, Microsoft motion-control camera Kinect has been a modder's paradise. It seems like we seem something new being done with the peripheral on a near-weekly basis. This week's awesome Kinect mod comes courtesy of aeronautical engineer Tom Zickel, who rigged a Kinect for use in controlling an flying AR Parrot Drone. In this video, you can see Zickel using nothing but his body motions to guide the drone's flight path. Cool stuff.
