The lights are on
The sets are still on the blocky end of the spectrum, but they're pretty neat looking.
Last June, toy company K'NEX and Nintendo announced that they'd worked out a deal that would give K'NEX the rights to develop a line of construction sets based on Mario Kart Wii. Now you can take a look at the results of that partnership. K'NEX has revealed five of the sets, which feature characters Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi on karts and bikes.
As you can see, they're pretty nifty little toys. The bikes sell for $9.99, and the karts are $19.99. In addition to getting two additional wheels, the karts also feature pull-back motors. Fun!

Well this is unsuprising. I near Mario Kart going to be turned into a lego product or otherwise. It was innevitable.
Looks...fun, Although I still have my old K'nex sets
and they come with a power star, a mushroom or a banananananana
Knex always hurt since they were such a pain to take a part and when they caught you it was like getting hit by switch. I stuck with legos as a kid.
Didn't know K'NEX still existed. THROWBACK!
K'nex? Nintendo, you should have gone with Lego.
Seriously, Legos would have been better.
Ooooh, pretty :D
thats lego, not K'nex
Ha! They went cheap. LEGO is where it's at b!tch.
I just want the Yoshi...
I'm all over getting that Mario Kart K'NEX:) It'll go nicely next to my RC Mario Kart and my RC Sonic (from Sonic and SEGA All Stars Racing).
The RC Sonic btw? Actually a pretty sic little RC car :)
Those look great. I'd buy these for display. :)
looks nice, but theyre not lego...
