War For Cybertron Gets Art Gallery Show

The concept artists at High Moon Studios have been given a dedicated art gallery to help show off their work on Transformers: War For Cybertron.

The Gnomon Gallery in Hollywood, CA has announced a new show to show off High Moon's remarkable art from its recent Transformers game. The opening reception for the new gallery show will be on March 5th between 7pm and 11pm. You can check the gallery website for more details.

Five artists from the team will be showing work from the game, as well as some of their own personal works.

It's awesome to see game art getting a venue to shine outside of the interactive fold. Make sure and swing by to check out the show if you happen to live in or around the area.

  • God I wish I could go and see this. The game was amazing but seeing the art in person would be epic.

  • I hope they can release hi res wallpaper of their art because i would love to have them... wish i could see it all in person though :\

  • Most likely houses better work than many other contemporary art galleries. I mean, which would you rather buy: a giant canvas piece that's painted blue (called "Blue"), or a giant canvas piece that showcases concept art for War for Cybertron? I would buy the latter.

  • Impressive, and surprising. Looking through the gallery past shows, War for Cybertron (as much as I love it) isn't the first title that springs to mind as a candidate for art direction.

  • That picture is beutifull

  • I wouldn't mind that picture hung up in my room. Too bad it's probably $500.

  • I think it is time to show some apreciation to the artists in the game industry even outside the games. They sometime (don't know if this is the case) can create things that could challenge with the masters' work.

  • AAAAAWWWWWSSSSSOOOOOMMMMMEEEEE!!!!!! I wish I could see that in person!

  • really awsome

  • Don't forget the PC got this game as well, so it should be added to the "Games mentioned in this article" section up there.

Congratulations to the awesome artists for this great game.

  • I still need to get this.

  • Thats awesome, congratulations to them. Their amazing work has pushed gaming into yet another medium in some way or another. I hope the event goes really well for them, it is a shame I can't see them though. Would be awesome if we could see some pics of the artwork though after it's made it's debut.

  • If there no Megan Fox, then f#$% Transformers!!!
