Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition Not Coming To Consoles
If you were hoping we'd have 45 versions of a console Street Fighter like it was the '90s all over again, prepare to be disappointed. Producer Yoshinori Ono recently told Famitsu that it's not going to happen.
His reasoning is that Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition was purposely made with unbalanced characters. Ono feels that by having some characters stronger than others, it helps build a competitive spirit in an arcade environment. While the full Arcade Edition may never find its way to your shelf, he offered no comment regarding Yun, Yang, Evil Ryu, or Oni being offered as potential DLC characters.
