Risen 2 Wades Into Dark Waters With Sequel
The first Risen game took us a little by surprise with its well-realized world and player-guided experience. Thankfully, the second game has just been announced with some needed technical improvements and more.
Although a release date hasn't been given for the game just yet, it will come out for the PC, Xbox 360 – and for the first time for the series – the PlayStation 3.
Dark Waters' story takes place a few years after the first, and is based around sea creatures that have emerged from the deep.
The developer is promising a better technical experience, as the game uses new technology – that's good news given some of the rough edges of the first title.
