pretty long wait but im excited for it

I like their philosophy. And so far their games. I hope Battlefield 3 doesn't disappoint.

Great to see BF3 is getting its PC love on again.  It was always better for the PC but it will be interesting to see how they handle the console versions as well.  Nice insight GI.

Well if they truly are listening to the fans then hopefully they know to tone down the size of the maps for consoles, i absolutely loved bad company and bc2 but the smaller player limit is a big deal for us console gamer and needs to be taken in consideration! Course if i can afford a awesome PC in the near future, screw buying this for 360!

Ahh cannot wait for the beta! Also, please add a theater mode like in Halo, or dare i say it...Black Ops. I generally play using the Recon class, and I cannot tell you how many times I've sniped someone out of a helicopter or blindly through some shrubbery/fence/building or what-have-you, and would love to relive those moments and throw them up on a file share to show off to my friends.

i love DICE! but i have a question...is this going to be like Batttlefield Bad Company or the old Battlefield games???

DICE is pretty cool. I'm looking forward to Battlefield 3. I thought I was sick of fps, but seeing gameplay of BF3... Can't wait.

Given the short development cycle, I'm rather concerned to see how the product will be at launch. I have no doubt that it will get cleaned up through patches, but having a development cycle of essentially a year kind of scares me. Not even Call of Duty does that.

I love DICE, they make some very cool games. GI keep it coming with Dev Interviews like Cliffy B, Peter Moloneux, Tim Shaffeur, and Todd Howard These are pretty cool.
