The lights are on
Namco is doing things a little differently with the latest installment of its Ace Combat series. The company sees Ace Combat: Assault Horizon as a rebirth of sorts, delivering significant improvements to plane and environmental damage and bringing the action even closer.

Finally, someone remembered to make an awesome game about something other than fpss. This series is amazing, and the fact they already have english VAs tells me it's close.
I wonder if planes actually leak oil and gas like that when they're shot down....
Either way, this game looks awesome.
....Just hope all the folks on the ground are seeking shelter. You don't think the bullet casings from those machine guns just disappear, do you? :)

Definitly has a very visceral look. I enjoy the last Ace Combat, so might just need to pick this up as well.
I'm looking for a lot out of this. Ace Combat 6 was good but could have been much better. Maybe this will be the "much better" part. Fingers crossed! Looking good so far.
