High Voltage Working On Conduit 3DS

by Matthew Kato on Feb 07, 2011 at 03:02 AM

The Conduit 2 isn't out yet, but developer High Voltage Software says that it is already working on bringing the FPS franchise to the Nintendo 3DS.

Speaking to Eurogamer, High Voltage chief creative officer Eric Nofsinger said that the team has already started working on the project, and might have something to announce at GDC at the end of the month. "We've got environments from this already up and running around. You can shoot, you can select different weapons and you can see enemies. It runs pretty darn well with full 3D and everything."

Nofsinger says that they are very impressed with the 3DS and that their experience working with Nintendo platforms definitely gives them a leg up. In particular, Nofsinger says that High Voltage's work with the Wii is a big advantage as compared to those who might be approaching 3DS development strictly from working on the DS.

The Conduit 2 comes out for Wii on April 19.
