The lights are on
After having tasted the sweet fame that video games can bring in The Beatles: Rock Band, Ringo may be ditching his boring day job as one of the world's greatest drummers for another shot at the big time.
GameSpot UK reports that Starr has trademarked the name "Ringo" for use in "video game software and downloadable computer games via the internet and wireless devices."
While we doubt that we'll see any full-fledged Ringo video games for Ringo Rama – a la Journey's Escape Atari 2600 cart – expect a downloadable Ringo phone app in the future. As a Beatles fan, expect me to buy a Ringo video game or otherwise as soon as I buy the rest of his albums, which is never.

Thomas and Friends: The Game.
It's a fighting game where you star as Ringo Starr in a quest to decide who is the best Mr. Conductor of all time! You face the likes of the evil Alec Baldwin and end with the final showdown between you and George Carlin. *Spoiler* In the final battle you lose. Every time.
