Catwoman, Cherubs Coming To DC Universe In February
What's more romantic than skintight leather and endless self-cleaning jokes? Nothing, that's what…unless you're talking about naked flying babies. Welcome to the first major update to DC Universe, slated to drop this month on both PlayStation 3 and PC.
Following the template World of Warcraft popularized for MMO holiday events, Sony Online is pushing out one part goofy-fun-for-everyone, one part epic-battle-for-high-levels in this update.
Players of all levels will be invited to fire love-envenomed arrows into the populace of Metropolis at large and battle over special holiday objectives in cherub form.
Level 30 and higher players will have the chance to engage Catwoman in an instanced adventure, chasing her across rooftops before dealing with the curse she inadvertently unleashes while appropriating ancient artifacts from the Gotham Museum. Catwoman will also be added to the Legends PvP roster.
Both Catwoman additions will remain in the
game, while the cherub-themed silliness will be available only through
the month of February.
