The lights are on
It seemed like just yesterday that PlatinumGames inked that four-game deal with Sega that brought us MadWorld, Bayonetta, Vanquish, and Infinite Space. I've been curious to see what was next for the team, and it looks like Famitsu got the scoop.
PlatinumGames is planning an "online action combat game" called Max Anarchy ("Anarchy Reigns" outside of Japan according to Platinum's tweet) that will support a large number of players (number has yet to be revealed). Screens in the magazine reveal players with chainsaws and torches, and it also appears Jack from MadWorld will be a playable character.
Max Anarchy (Anarchy Reigns) will be published and released by Sega courtesy of a deal extension later this year on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
