Man Credits Games For Saving Life In Near-Collision

We've all heard people say that video games help hone your hand-eye coordination and reflexes, but I doubt many of us have seen a possible demonstration this exhilarating. A Canadian man was driving his car in Ontario when a truck carrying 30 tons of sand flew across the median, directly in his lane.

Driver Matthew Kirzsan told an ABC affiliate that he was able to quickly steer his vehicle out of harm's way thanks to his video-gaming experience. Kirzsan captured the near miss on his dash-mounted video camera, and you can see the footage below.
