Fatshark Announces Hamilton’s Great Adventure DLG

If you were a fan of the downloadable shooter Lead & Gold, you might be happy to know that developer Fatshark has announced its follow up title. But it’s not what we expected. It’s an action puzzle game called Hamilton’s Great Adventure.

According to Fatshark’s blog, Hamilton’s Great Adventure is a co-op puzzle adventure game staring an Indiana Jones clad journeyman named Ernest Hamilton and his brilliant bird Sasha. The two will need to cooperate to solve puzzles and challenges as they make their way through jungles, deserts, and snow capped mountains.

Fatshark will make Hamilton’s Great Adventure available for download on consoles and PC sometime in April. Check out the first batch of screens.

  • Looks like a ton of fun! HaHa! Fatshark!
  • I'm always down for another puzzle game.

  • This looks wicked awesome!

  • I want. btw, I just noticed something. Why do nice hat wearing gentlemen seem to always be starring in puzzle games? There's Professor Layton, Henry Hatworth, this game, and that other game coming out for the DS that looks kind of like Professor Layton (can't remember what it's called/maybe someone can think of it). Don't get me wrong, I love these games and their dapper protagonists and I can't wait to get this one; I'm just pointing it out.
  • I'm getting this for the developer's name alone. With a name like Fatshark, it's gotta be good.
  • Anything made by a developer called Fatshark must be awesome.

  • That looks great! Very much looking forward to this; had no interest in Lead & Gold. This has more charming style, a more intriguing genre, and provides some thrills for single player. Lets face it; anytime you're making an online shooter, once the community disappears (if it even appears at all), you basically just wasted your money.

  • looks fun

  • Looks great and I like the art style!

  • Enjoying ilomilio, that is all I see when I look at the overhead screens. Fancy art though, I like it.

  • I wasn't a big fan of lead and gold, but this game kinda looks interesting. Might have to give this a go in April.

  • This looks like a 3D version of this old commodore 64 game where you jumped through Aztec structures to grab a monkey at the end of it..haha, no idea the name, but the two screen shots made me think of it. It had a fake forced perspective to it, slightly top down.

  • A big brown bumbling everyman and a smart red bird?  Hello next Banjo Kazoie! *rofle snarfle rapple rafle*
