THQ Planning Homefront 2

At a recent THQ, executive VP Danny Bilson talked about the future of the franchise, including the fact that the company is already planning the sequel.

The first Homefront might not come out until March 8, but that doesn't mean that THQ doesn't have big plans for the property. THQ has previously been open about its desire to make many Homefront titles, and G4 reports that Bilson once again stated that there will be a Homefront 2.

Homefront posits a North Korean invasion of America in 2027, and this turn of events could easily lend itself to other scenarios around the globe.

That new logo's got them feeling saucy. Work on a sequel before the launch of the first installment? That's a bold move.

If the game is as great as it is looking, then go for it, but I think they should wait to see how the game is received first.

I won't buy either due to the multiplayer angle that requires you to buy it new to have full access.

Sad, this game looked good. Unfortunately, they lost me as a customer before either game came out.

Bold move putting money into a sequel for a game that may or may not make them money.

I have 0 expectations for this game, but I guess that means I can't be disappointed with it.

sound like there counting there chickens before they hatch, i dont think this game has any thing new or interesting to offer. looks pretty flat.
