The lights are on
Konami has given up the goods on the latest installment of Silent Hill, Silent Hill: Downpour, and it's all in the latest issue of Game Informer Magazine. We can't divulge too many details here, but expect to see some new places in Silent Hill and a whole lot of water. It's falling from the sky! It's running from the ceiling! It's in puddles on the ground! If you're hydrophobic, you're probably already drying your pants in terror.
Look for more details (OK, actual details) in the February issue, which should be hitting your mailbox soon.
Email the author Jeff Cork, or follow on Twitter, Google+, Facebook, and Game Informer.
Heavy Rain? Hate those rainy days lol
I might be interested in this if the character doesn't control like a mannequin.
I'm not really sure about this franchise, but this sounds pretty cool...
Can't wait to get the issue :)
Could always go for some more Silent Hill. Be interested to see how they incorporate water into the psychological thriller angle the series does so well.
Anyone else can't help but think that guy's outfit looks like a Vault Suit?
I still have faith for this franchise. I hope they don't screw it up again.
I never really got into the Silent Hill series, i tried playing The Room and was like "WTF"! I had absolutely no clue what was goin on. Maybe ill give this one a shot if it shows up at the red box but thats about it.
I have never played any Silent Hills but I think it is about time!
Hoping this can bounce the series back to prime status.
Actually I found Homecoming a good game, enjoyable, not really what you'd expect from the Silent Hill franchise but still something worth playing. I hope this one will carry the real Silent Hill's "heart" on his back. The fact that water is going to be an "evil tool" used against you seems really cool :D
YES!! Love Silent Hill.
Even though the god awful homecoming has jaded me a bit with regards to the franchise i still can't wait for this.
I really want to get excited, but im not.
I've never been much of a Silent Hill fan, but I'll check out the story.
i've liked them all so far, so as long as they dont pull a resident evil and suck balls im sure i'll love this one as well! the first three where the best though by far!
This game was scary enough without vision being limited by rainfall. Uuuuuugh.
