The lights are on
Konami has given up the goods on the latest installment of Silent Hill, Silent Hill: Downpour, and it's all in the latest issue of Game Informer Magazine. We can't divulge too many details here, but expect to see some new places in Silent Hill and a whole lot of water. It's falling from the sky! It's running from the ceiling! It's in puddles on the ground! If you're hydrophobic, you're probably already drying your pants in terror.
Look for more details (OK, actual details) in the February issue, which should be hitting your mailbox soon.
Email the author Jeff Cork, or follow on Twitter, Google+, Facebook, and Game Informer.
I am sorry to say this, but I have never played a silent hill, maybe this will be the first.
I'm excited! Always wanted to check this series out, but I never really got around to it. On a completely different note, the word "moist" is the creepiest word in the english language. *shivers*
WOOOOOH! Go water!
I hope it doesn't rely too heavily on water. It sounds like a cool premise, though.
Hitting my mailbox soon? *tears of joy*
the last one sucked, but this one looks like it will have better graphics.
Boy. That does look moist.
Consider me excite. Even if this series has fallen on hard times since SH 4, I'm all for a game that tries to get it back to it's former glory, and that's what I'm getting from this game. Can't wait to read this article.
I will be waiting in the gamestop parking lot until it's shipment of Silent Hill: Downpour arrives. This is my most anticipated game of 2011. CANNOT WAIT!!!!!!!
please don't suck like everyone past 3.
Sounds like the film dark water, but hopefully better. And I disagree with most, sh4 was a good game. Just hoping they can make a great one again.
I hate to admit that I've never played a SH game, but this could potentially be the first one.
Cool, can't wait to read about it. (not being sarcastic)
