Do You Want Free Shiny Legendary Pokémon?
Are you sick of looking like a chump while you wander around trying to encounter shiny Pokémon? Well, now you can reap the rewards without all of the hard work.
In a promotion from Nintendo and GameStop, you can get three legendary shiny Pokémon by visiting a GameStop store with your copy of Pokémon Pearl, Diamond, Platinum, HeartGold, or SoulSilver. Also, if you transfer any of these three into the upcoming Pokémon Black or White, you'll have the opportunity to catch some other Pokémon called Zoroark, who isn't otherwise available in the game.
As long as you've acquired your in-game Pokédex, you can show up to GameStop during the following dates to get the corresponding creatures:
January 3 - 9: Shiny Raikou
January 17 -23: Shiny Entei
January 31 - February 6: Shiny Suicune
As you can see, the distribution is only in effect for a limited time, so get out there and...um, something something Pokéballs.
