The lights are on
After playing classics like Donkey Kong Country, GoldenEye 007, and Banjo Kazooie, I was prepared to follow Rare to the end. I bought 2001's Conker's Bad Fur Day for the Nintendo 64 on blind faith alone. I went in expecting another solid platforming experiences, which the developer was known for. What I got was a buffet of great gameplay, memorable characters, and hilariously crude humor that holds up to this day. Has any game before or after ever featured a gigantic singing, slinging pile of excrement?
Join Dan Ryckert,Matt Helgeson, Andrew Reiner, and I as we revisit this N64 classic. Come for the singing poop, stick around for the engaging discussion regarding the Matrix universe.

video plays, but the video is completely glitched out and unwatchable
I was hoping you would have done this as a Super Replay, but either way, thrilled you did it. Odd roulette for an M rated game though. As always, a blast.
Ahh, the Great Mighty Poo. That s**t never gets old. (See what I did there?)
I loved this game! The Great and Mighty Poo is one of favorite bosses ever.
Note for GI: Whenever I get the age validation thing, it makes me do it it twice before it registers. Just something that might be a problem, but it's no big deal.
Wow that seemed like a dark ending for an N64 comedic game.
That crap monster was amazing. How were poop monsters not the zombies of the N64? Also, I think this is the first time I've ever heard Tim Turi say "***"
I was in love with this game. It was the best ever for the 64 next to Goldeneye & Pokemon Stadium 2.
Replay of Star Fox Assault or Kirby Air Ride, please!
Love this game.
I would really like a replay of an old favorite of mine, the NES beat em up River City Ransom.
Don't fail me Game Informer!
Nice mix at the end. Good job there sir haha
bad fur day is one of the most best games from n64
I love this game one of the best games ever made. The Xbox one was good except they destroyed the multiplayer when the xbox one came out. So, I'd have to say the N64 version is better in that area. Greg is a great character as well laughed a lot through this game. And my favorite fight is the singing poo was just funny lyrics especially when uncensored.
I miss this game! I miss the good old days of the N64, now those were some amazing games.
I remember this game and how controversial it was back in the day for a game like this to come out on the family-safe N64.
I so wish I could have played this game back in the day. I wasn't anywhere near old enough to be allowed to or really appreciate it but still...
What a fun game, especially the multiplayer. French Squirrels vs. Tediz anyone?
HAHAHAHAHA! Very funny. And nice new video player, but it would be nicce to see how much of the video is loaded.
Conker is the best game ever i traded my halo reach and black ops for this game. it was worth it i have the Nintendo and Xbox version if only they made another game about him i wold totally buy it...!!!
*** I loved this game, although it took me a really long time to finish it. I miss the challenges in the good N64 platformers. After going back to this about 4 years ago, I still caught a ton of jokes I hadn't realized before. A sequel would be amazing, and it wouldn't have to change much about the original aside from graphics (and maybe some voicework) to stand apart from other games.
