Making Dragon Age II

"It's almost hard to communicate how this game still feels like Origins despite feeling completely different," says Dragon Age II lead designer Mike Laidlaw. Find out how Laidlaw and the team changed the franchise in this new making of Dragon Age II video.

Starting with a cartoon animatic put together in 2009 by art director Matthew Goldman before Dragon Age: Origins had even came out, the team talks about the creation of this sequel and some of the decisions it made along the way.
