Rockstar Releases Red Dead Soundtrack On Red Vinyl

by Matt Helgeson on Nov 19, 2010 at 07:27 AM

Rockstar always has the classiest merch in the biz, but they've outdone themselves with this amazing double vinyl version of the Red Dead Redemption soundtrack. The sleeve is a gatefold, featuring signature art from the game. Even better for collector scum like myself, the records are gorgeous red vinyl. (Though it doesn't look 180 gram to me, but you can't have everything).

The album is being put out in partnership with Wax Poetics, which is one of the best music magazines and record labels in the world for those interested in jazz, R&B, reggae, and hip-hop. Highly recommended.

The Red Dead soundtrack was composed by musicians Bill Elim and Woody Jackson and was produced by famed DJ/producer David Holmes (known for his excellent soundtracks to the films Ocean's Twelve and Ocean's Thirteen).
