The lights are on
A few months ago we brought you the intriguing first trailer for the Korean MMO, Mega Man Online. Today we up the ante with ten minutes of gameplay footage.
The YouTube video comes from an attendee at G-Star, a Korean game conference that focuses primarily on online games. Details on the project are scarce at the moment, but so far it's looking pretty good. Which brings up the question: Would you be interested in playing an online Mega Man game?
Email the author Jeff Marchiafava, or follow on Google+, Twitter, and Game Informer.
I would be very much interested if this was announced for the US. I also would care a lot if it were to hit the PS3 as well as PC's, like DCU Online and FFXIV. Mega Man is best played with a control pad on the tv.
Seems like it would play like Maplestory huh?
The game looks amazing but the guy playing it... not so much. It honestly doesn't mean much to me when I hear it's an mmo but as long as its a new mega man game, I'm sold.
I wonder how the multiplayer component will work. Probably form parties and do levels together, similar to PSO.
There are two other other gameplay trailers here:
One of them includes gameplay with Zero (which looks awesome). You can also see multiple players in one stage, as well as another clip where multiple players are running around a base, and many of the players are using the same character type.
Right now this is a Korean only MMO for PC. I kind of hope it comes here, but I won't be totally disappointed if it doesn't.
looks neat but wheres the MMO aspect of it, i mean the abilities look different but honestly it could be a regualy console MM and u wouldn't even know it but yeah a MM MMO would be neat.... oh and wtf does MORI MORI MORI mean, the guy says it like 8x LoL
this looks good but it doesnt look like an MMO.I would like to see the character creation system and weapons you can have too.I would create a charater with a blade like Zeros.
I would like to see more for sure. Hopefully they make a ps3 port.
Looks boring. Sorry to say, but that video was some of the most unimpressive gameplay this side of mario party.
it's not that bad but hopefully they make it free to play
