Costume Quest Expands Into Winter
Grubbins on Ice will continue the story of those costumed kids in a snowy new wonderland.
Double Fine has revealed plans to expand Costume Quest with a new DLC pack. The studio spoke about the game for the first time with GameSpot, where it was revealed that Grubbins on Ice will feature the same neighborhood, now blanketed in winter snow. This time, the kids will travel to an alternate dimension called Repugia in an effort to save their friend, Lucy.
Though the expansion won't be as large as the base game, it should still include a few hours of content. In addition, several problems are being fixed, including better save functionality, an improved pause feature, and a more solid frame rate.
Grubbins on Ice will be out sometime this December. Get your costumes ready.
