A Long Wait Ahead For Metal Gear Solid Rising?
We've seen a trailer, gameplay footage, and even box art for Konami's next installment of the Metal Gear Solid franchise, but some new information suggests that the game's release may still be more than a year away.
Kotaku is reporting that Metal Gear Solid Rising won't be released until 2012, according to an unnamed source. We're still waiting for Konami to confirm or deny Kotaku's announcement, but given how cool the early footage looks, it's going to be a hard game to wait for no matter what year it comes out. We'll update you as soon as we hear any new information. In the meantime, stare in awe at Raiden's amazing watermelon-cutting abilities.
