New Battlefield Game To Be Announced Friday
Busy developers DICE have more than a few Battlefield irons in the fire, including a new game to be announced this Friday.
According to a tweet by Ben Cousins – general manager of EA's Easy studio – we can expect to hear about a new Battlefield game this week. "Flying to London later today to show a new, unannounced #Battlefield game to the press. News goes public on Friday. (NOT #BF3)" Cousins also confirmed in a later tweet that the new title isn't Battlefield 1943 for the PC. Because EA Easy handles the free MMO Battlefield Heroes (shown), it's believed that the new game is some sort of Facebook or free-to-play initiative.
