Own A Piece Of…Gaming History

by Jeff Cork on Oct 20, 2010 at 04:06 AM

Night Trap may not have been the greatest game of all time (by a long shot), but it has a special spot in gaming history. Alongside Mortal Kombat, the relatively tame Sega CD game was cited during the 1993 Senate hearings that eventually resulted in the creation of the ESRB. Now you can own an amazing chunk of Night Trap memorabilia, thanks to an eBay auction.

The original painting used for the game’s box art is being sold online, starting at $250. It’s got a girl. It’s got an evil Auger. It’s 15” by 25”. What more do you need to know, really?
