God Of War Collection Goes Downloadable In November
If you missed out on the first two chapters of Kratos' bloody quest for REVENGE!, Sony announced it will let you indulge in the gory and glorious action via a downloadable collection available on PlayStation Network starting November 2. Just like the retail version that shipped last year, the download features remastered versions of the PS2 masterpieces God of War and God of War 2 running with 720p native resolution at 60 frames-per-second. Unlike those versions, the digital rendition lacks the bonus features.
The US prices haven't been announced, but the PlayStation Europe blog says the games cost €17.99/£13.99 apiece. You can also just buy the collection for €29.99/£23.99, which Joystiq noted is higher than what the retail version is going for on Amazon.
